Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Like new with no signs of personal use
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

If the product shows any signs of personal use, damage, stains, odors, washing, or misuse caused by the customer, we will not be able to approve the return or exchange request.

Before approval, customers must send clear photos showing that the item is still in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection.

Once approved, the refund process may take approximately 2–10 business days, depending on the shipping company and payment processing time.

Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition. If our team finds that the item has been used, worn, washed, or damaged, the refund request will be rejected.

Delivery Fees

Please note that both return and exchange requests require delivery fees.

Customers are responsible for paying:

  • The return shipping fee
  • The new delivery fee for exchanges

The delivery fee will be charged with the same amount paid for the original order shipment.
